With over 25 years’ experience working with children and families, Sarah created ITAV Nannies out of a deep belief in community and the saying “It takes a village.” A qualified early years educator and former nursery teacher, Sarah understands what families need — not just dependable childcare, but nurturing, supportive relationships that help children thrive.
As a mother of three and a long-standing childminder, Sarah combines professional insight with lived experience. Her vision is to match families with nannies who feel like part of the village — trusted, experienced, and kind.

No Registration Fee – Limited Time Offer

Permanent Placement (Live-in or Live-out)
- 15% of the nanny’s annual gross salary
- Example: For a nanny earning £35,000 per year, the placement fee is £5,250.

Replacement Guarantee
All permanent placements come with a 12-week free replacement guarantee.
If the placement doesn’t work out, we’ll find you a new nanny at no extra cost (subject to terms).
Payment Terms
• No payment required to start your search
• Placement fee invoiced once a nanny has accepted your offer and a start date is agreed
Maternity Nanny
Placement Fee:
• 20% of total gross contract value (for bookings over 4 weeks)
• OR £200 per day (for bookings under 4 weeks)
Example: A 6-week maternity placement at £250/day = £10,500 total agency fee = £2,100 (20%)
Include:
• Specialist matching
• Full vetting & verification
• Pre-placement coordination
• 24/7 support during booking
• Optional trial day (separate fee)
SEND Nanny (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities)
These are nannies with experience or training in:
• Autism spectrum
• ADHD
• Down syndrome
• Sensory processing needs
• PEG feeding, mobility needs, non-verbal communication, etc.
Placement Fee:
• 18% of gross annual salary
